Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: About Samples

A1: Stock samples are free while the buyer bears the courier freight. Custom samples with your own shape, logo or surface finishing will incur sample and mould trial cost, and normally take 7–15 working days for preparation.

Q2: About Mold Development Lead Time

A2: Generally the injection mold developing time is about 50 days and the cost depends on the products. Blowing molding takes 15 days and the cost can be refunded if first order reach to 40,000pcs.

Q3: About Mass Production Lead Time

A3: For stock packaging items, delivery can be arranged within 3–7 working days after deposit confirmed. Custom orders without new molds take 18–25 working days. New mold projects will follow the mold schedule plus 15–20 days for mass production.

Q4: About Quality Control

A4: We implement full-process inspection including raw material incoming check, first article confirmation, in-line sampling inspection and final full inspection before shipment. Inspection photos and videos can be offered for your verification.
